Overall Disappointing experience for this landmark hotel Lack of management and personal at the Gold level lounge at breakfast and food below average, guests not observing dress code policies, only 1 person replenishing the buffet !!!!

Perfect location, exceptional stay. Loved every moment, especially meeting Cori, the adorable hotel dog!

My stay at Fairmont Copley was nothing short of exceptional! From the elegant decor to the impeccable service, every detail exceeded my expectations. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly meeting Cori, the delightful hotel dog. Her presence added an extra layer of warmth and charm to my experience. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel and see Cori again!

Great location, need renovation

The room and bathroom need renovation. There’s not even outlets to plug devices. Unfortunately, I was up since 4am because two drunk women deceived to get back to their room next to me and chat loudly and even move furniture until 6am. I would not come back. Not worth the price and it’s not on a fair not standard.

Beautiful venue for gala dinner

We had a wonderful experience using the Fairmont Copley as our venue for a 250 person gala dinner. The ballroom was gorgeous and perfectly suitable for the high profile guests in attendance. All staff were exceptional in their attention to detail and professionalism, especially our point of contact, Lyndsay Picciano. Not to mention the hotel catering was one of the best I have tasted!
